About It’s Time for Thai Newtown

We opened It’s Time for Thai in the exciting suburb of Newtown in mid 2016. It's Time for Thai brings along authentic and unique dishes from Thailand.

You’ll recognise many of our classic Thai dishes such as Pad Thai, Massaman Curry and Tom Yum along with authentic dishes which are rarely seen outside of Thailand. Try our variety of Thai curries with Roti (flaky flatbread) or share a whole Barramundi/Snapper either steamed, fried or grilled with a selection of our housemade Thai sauces. You'll also find a number of dishes with influences from neighbouring countries of Thailand.

Try out our range of refreshing Thai Drinks including Thai Iced Milk Tea (Classic, Float, or Frappe Style!), Thai Lemon Sodas, Lychee Rose Soda, and our popular Mango Iceberg drink.

We also serve tea & coffee and use freshly roasted Crave Coffee beans from Alexandria.

If you are traveling by car, we recommend parking on Wilson Parking on Lennox St. It’s only a 2 minute walk from It’s Time for Thai Newtown.
